Our standard room with two beds was ready when we arrived. Hotel's lobby was friendly with courteous personnel. Excellent service was provided here.

The reason we liked it was very good staff and location.

American breakfasts with all fresh juices and fruit was great. The location was favourable, at a medium distance from a history museum.

The hotel was exceptionally clean based in a historic style building with helpful staff. The breakfast had lots of food, including good fresh fruit and bread😃

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close to Zapopan, The Cathedral and other free sights and Centro Historico downtown. Very central location, recently refurbished rooms.

Hotel is clean, brilliant location, pleasant views. Silent and efficient room with tiled bathroom. Affordable fresh bread, coffee, muffins, oatmeal and yogurt in the restaurant.

The staff was fabulous and the room design was nice, beds were good. We booked suite for 1 night and had a wonderful stay. Very central location, at a moderate distance from palacio gobierno. Gorgeous reception. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was free.

We had the most truly memorable few days there. Fairly clean hotel, warm room, sympathetic staff. A fantastic beach, brilliant view.

Everything was simply first class. Professional staff, new-fashioned room - we had a really good experience. Comfortable beds and complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and hairdryer.

Immaculate room, consistently courteous staff, fairly comfortable hotel. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have very comfy beds.

It was worth its 4 stars. Came in Guadalajara to relax and have fun, this hotel was decent base for doing it. Room had a wide array of facilities, including coffee, hairdryer and TV. Really loved that the venue was near the train station, 20 minutes' walk.

location was good, 12 miles to don miguel hidalgo airport, perfectly reachable. la gorda is an easy walk to the hotel.

A wonderful stay in Guadalajara. We had a sunny balcony. Our Standard Suite accommodated us perfectly.
